I ordered for three sets of items

I ordered for three sets of items I only received one and I thought the rest will be delivered for days are turning into weeks yet I haven t heard anything or received the item When I tried contacting them I didn t get no response yet so I don t know when my order will get to me and I need them asap Thank you for getting back and sorting out the items that weren t delivered as I have received them

My reason for 4 and not 5 is just because of how long it takes to receive a refund Other than that the customer service makes up for it Amy responded really quickly with all the information about my return when I emailed which now I m just patiently waiting for Thank you Amy Advice for the business My advice would be that when a return is delivered back maybe a email saying we have received your return now and it will be processed within 28days would be comforting to customers It s the lack of contact that makes it worse than it is However all information is located on the website

I ordered a jumpsuit from femme luxe and selected next day delivery but 3 weeks went past and Hermes failed to deliver Nothing wrong with femme luxe I also asked for a refund and Amy was really helpful and quick to process it through

Lucy has been really helpful in rectifying an issue I had with my order Although she wasn t able to send out the same item free of charge- She has been helpful in refunding me my money and assiting in sending my original parcel back Thanks xx

Lost parcel all sorted now

I didnt receive my first parcel but this was due to Evri not Femme luxe I ordered another and received it fast which i was happy about Libby stayed in contact with me via email and kept me posted on the original lost parcel and once Evri confirmed it was lost in transit i was offered a full refund

Parcel had been ordered with next day

Parcel had been ordered with next day delivery however after 6 days I got in touch with customer service who put in a request to the delivery company to query what happened Another week went by and nothing delivered got back in touch with Lisa who was a great help resent my parcel Although one item from my parcel was now out of stock I got a refund within a day or 2 for it and I have received my other items today Thanks Lisa

Shipping varies

Originally gave 1 start but the team messaged me and provided me with an updated tracking number It took 3 weeks but I am at least getting my order and that s all that matters to me Usually receive orders within a week but things happen sometimes

Replacement being sent

My order arrived today on the free next day as I had selected super fast however one of the dresses is missing Chinaiya replied to me via Facebook quickly and has sent a replacement for me after just a couple of messages to explain I can imagine how busy they are due to the Xmas period so I m pleased they were able to rectify their mistake so fast

SLow delivery but customer services are good at keeping informed

After some initial issues with slow delivery Customer services have done all they can to help and responded to all emails and kept me up to date with the progress Original dress was a bit small so I ordered another and they ensured it was shipped the same day I patiently await delivery
