Excellent service from Lisa My order arrived damaged and one dress covered in mud No the fault of Femme Lux but the courier However Lisa helped me get the issue resolved and was lovely about the whole thing Excellent customer service Thanks Lisa

I have given a five start to the customer service even though I received the wrong dress Faye who works in the customer service handled it straight away and really well she was also really nice about it And that was only my first time receiving a wrong item from the couple of times I ve ordered of it any other time I ve been happy with my purchase

Quick delivery and beautiful dresses

I ve had a great experience with femmeluxe Had to return an item and this was received promptly Unfortunately the returns label system was down so I had to pay for it myself I noticed the amount of the refund was less than it should be Contacted customer service and spoke with Lisa who promptly refunded me responded on a Sunday too Was really impressed All my emails were responded to quickly by all members of the team and my experience was a very positive one

I ordered an item that didn t ever arrive and when I contacted Femme Luxe s customer care they looked into it for me and ultimately processed a refund as it was clearly lost in transit I dealt with someone called Lisa who was very helpful and responsive I would definitely use the website again as the issue was not their fault

I ordered a dress and then checked trustpilot and got worried because of all the bad reviews The dress arrived this morning a day late because of evri who mailed me yesterday saying they couldn t get it to me that day but it arrived the next morning it s lovely quality and fits like a glove I m now waiting on other dresses coming back into stock and I ll be buying more
