Please Avoid

Like many recent reviews on Fernovo state the company claims a 15-90 minute lead time on funds I e-mailed the company after my funds didn t arrive and they claimed it was a banking issue with Barclays and gave me the option to cancel I chose to cancel and asked for confirmation this had been understood I received no response so sent the same message again Fernovo then sent the funds 2 days later and informed me that to pay off the balance I d have to return the funds with interest I haven t had many dealings with payday lenders but this company is as sketchy as they come I m shocked to see how many others are having the same issue Please do yourself a favour and avoid them

Say you receive funds within 1 hour it s been two days and I m still yet to receive when I had a email saying they had been sent contacted customer service apparently the bank they use it having maintenance Which I don t believe as never heard of a bank being out of use for maintenance for two days Ridiculous company scam behaviour

Absolutely rubbish company

Absolutely rubbish company They promise to have the funds in your account within 30 to 90 minutes Total rubbish applied on Saturday its Sunday night now still no funds When try to call call centres closed and redirected to email Emailed the company and they blamed barclays

Seems like a scam

This company asked for all my personal information only to then turn around and decline Which seems very fishy and scam like I now feel like my personal information is at risk I would never advise anyone to be so desperate to apply

Constantly sends a pre-approved message then denies me If I m not eligible for the loan then there s no point contacting me when you could contact someone else who is instead

Underwriting team have no clue

Underwriting team have no clue telling me i cant afford a loan when i had a loan with them previously and repayed it no problems now they telling me i cant afford a loan They are completely out of touch with thier customers who do these people think they are Merry Christams to you to

Poor customer service

Was approved last 1 November but had yet to receive the loan proceeds I have followed up numerous times but it s either they point to an issue with Barclays informing me that the loan has been approved and wait for 15 mins to 1 5hr or would keep asking confirming for my banking details Quite frustrating 11 Nov Still no update 11 days since loan was approved

Liars

So apparently funds land within an hour and a half I have emailed multiple times due to them saying barclays is under maintenance absolute lies I have checked the barclays website my self and everything is said to be working fine They are obviously liars and just say this to delay payments on a Sunday Avoid this company like the plague

Loan for 500 over 6 months 163 5226 09 24 Scheduled Instalment 163 5228 10 24 Scheduled Instalment 163 5226 11 24 Scheduled Instalment 163 5226 12 24 Scheduled Instalment 163 5227 01 25 Scheduled Instalment 156 73Total cost 810 81Paid back in full over first 3 months instead 814 60 total cost and an email stating the loan was repaid Today another payment was stolen from my bank account 290 48 meaning they ve now had 1104 08 for a 500 over 3 months Calling tomorrow to see if u can get any kind of answer out of them for stealing my money

My application was accepted 4 days ago and I still haven t received my money Customer service is absolutely useless lying and making up excuses They were telling me that Barclays bank was down for multiple days which is absurd I have sent around 10 emails to customer service At this point I feel like I have been scammed Be careful with this company
