Good service at first

Service was really good easy online application spoken to customer services once they was really helpful but after I paid my loan off on time I thought about giving it another go only to be declined but after being declined I would log in and it would say offer accepted only to be declined again frustrating as you would think paying your loan off would gain trust my credit score isn t terrible either

Please do not tell potential customers that they re pre approved to apply for a loan just to decline them

Still waiting

My loan was agreed i double checked all details with them The loan is live but its now been 24hrs and ive not recived funds There has been over 20 emsils sent back and forth and still not resolved and nobody is giveing me an answer just it will be looked into Not great customer service

I take back my previous 5 review - very poor for repeat custom I reapplied for a smaller amount than last time just to see if I d be accepted and even though I paid my previous loan back in full and in good time I was rejected from further lending Won t be recommending anymore

Applied for a loan Received an email from them which states underwriting team is reviewing it and they are available until 21 00pm No respond within an hour At last received an email from them around 10pm at night with a different offer Monies didn t arrive until next day

Have robots as customer service department Paid off loan in full including their ridiculous interest on time and in full No mispayments Yet I get declined straight away in less than a minute They didn t even ask for my payslips which I have ready to send Loan number provided so please investigate and stop sending me robotic copy and pasted responses

Avoid there are better by miles Despite having used them a few times and requesting a trivial amount these clowns requested bank statements and wage slips Pathetic Went to their rivals much better Dont waste your time Two stars only for past performance otherwise a big fat 0

Wanted first payment to come out the following month but they changed it to the same month which put me out of cost straight away Interest is abit high compared to other loans

They were good in the start to behonest

They were good in the start to behonest but because I paid my loan off early twice they refused my application left abit confused at first but then I received an email basically explaining what the problem is but thanks all the same
