This is an absolutely fantastic perfume company with truly unique scents Very sophisticated scent profiles The program of 4 releases per year is worth signing up for Each seasonal box contains a sample to try before you commit to the bottle and returns couldn t be easier if the fragrance is not to your taste Each shipment is a treat to receive Customer service is impeccable

Opening a Box Was an Experience

I was on their ledger for a year and I have to say it was always a treat seeing it in my mailbox I also loved knowing it was eco friendly and the price was pretty affordable for what you get Knowing a product was sustainable and conscientious made it even better I would use the scent tablets to spray with the current seasonal scent and put it next to my mom s urn so she could enjoy it too I will continue to use them and hopefully put my name on the waiting list again another time That being said I had to leave because I don t use fragrances enough due to my job So only spritzing myself on the weekends or occasionally made it to where I did not use enough to warrant more bottles The fragrances are quite herbaceous and strong so if you aren t that type of person you might not like it However I enjoy smelling that way Thank you so much for creating a beautiful company You really sold an experience

I ll begin with the customer service Excellent I had an issue with payment which they instantly resolved and it turned out to be an issue with my payment method not ffern The packaging It s like opening up a present and it really is Environmentally friendly container little extras The ingredients the origin the history the why s and how to s is so special it s like reading a storybook for flowers The fragrance I sprayed a little and waited as instructed and oooh my delicious Actually many moons ago I read a book called The Jitterbug Perfume and if memory serves me correctly it s spans 2 storylines over centuries about finding the origin of a specific mysterious scent This season s fragrance Autumn is how I imagined the Jitterbug Perfume to smell I absolutely love it I am a perfume snob I do not buy from the high street I only ever have 1 perfume Ffern is the one from now on

I was enticed by the beauty of the Ffern s short clip I saw on Instagram and decided to give it a try I was lucky enough to receive my first Ffern Autumn 2024 in just a few weeks of waiting period after my name was added to the waiting list I had never met a perfume that I was in love with until the first day I tried Ffern s Autumn 2024 It is not just a scent It is a whole sensational experience I felt my body instantly warmed up by the spices Then I was breathing slow and deep to catch the complex scent behind it It is sweet tender spicy warm and cozy It is almost a spiritual experience I feel very happy that Ffern is now a part of my life

I love the experience of getting these fragrances but even more I love the try before you keep aspect There was no hassle and it was easy to do especially when you speak with a real person
