Needed to get the cavity wall insulation installed in our bungalow and from the reviews Arrow seemed a good choice Very friendly helpful first contact with Carly in the office and we were booked with the surveyor Jody a few days later He discussed the process and showed us photos and views of the cavity and sent us a very detailed quote by the end of the day The following day I called to accept the quote and a few minutes later Andy the manager in the office called to offer us a free time slot the next day if convenient The installation team was Frank and Dan arrived on time as promised were very friendly and gave us a good explanation of the work They are very experienced technicians and they took the trouble to show me all the stages of the installation as they worked On completion they cleaned up well and all the drilled holes were filled and colour matched The whole experience with Arrow from first call to office through to completion of job was easy well managed professional and a pleasure I would be very happy to recommend this company to friends and family

I had been putting cavity wall insulation off for years because of all the horror stories damp etc and various scam artist clowns turning up on my doorstep offering great deals on cavity wall insulation Finally went ahead when a had nose bleed at ever increasing cost of heating house and b realised insulation technology had advanced and there are proven solutions available e g carbon coated EPS bonded beads Inquired at Arrow selected based on reviews proximity solutions offered etc Survey conducted shortly thereafter Surveyor explained everything solution next steps etc and answered my numerous questions Promptly provided quote reasonable in my opinion and associated documentation on the likely energy efficiency improvements based on my cavity size etc Subsequent install took approx half a day The guys where extremely professional minimised disruption and cleaned up after themselves Even kindly filled up a few additional holes in my brickwork courtesy of earlier plumbing changes etc House is much better at keeping it s heat as a result and no damp problems to report I would wholeheartedly recommend Arrow Insulation just a shame I did not do this a few years ago

Cavity wall and loft insulation were both installed at a very competitive price The customer service was very good starting with the information given at the enquiry stage through the on-site survey and replies to various questions as well as the efficient and friendly installation team which turned up on time worked efficiently with no fuss and cleaned up after themselves I can thoroughly recommend this company

We have a 1960 s bungalow that always felt cold and damp and discovered that the cavity wall insulation was the poorly filled woollen fibre type Looking for a local Dorset-based business that came with good reviews we came across Arrow that provided both the extraction and fill service we needed Matthew first came out to survey the cavities and was very thorough and helpful in explaining the situation and what Arrow could do to help and swiftly followed up with a quote for the works No pressurised selling Carly in the office was really helpful in arranging the works that would take place over two days with the extraction team having to go about their business on a day when it poured with rain all day How they stayed smiling and cheerful all day was beyond me The cavity fill team the next day were as professional as the team before and left our property clean and tidy I have no hesitation in recommending Arrow and our property now feels warmer and drier as a consequence of their hard work
