Extremely helpful and friendly people who do their very best to keep me online Lots of communication from them prior to getting the fibre installed Very accommodating and helpful when setting things up The broadband is very quick and reliable I only had one website problem which they quickly solved I strongly recommend this company to my friends and colleagues They have set a very high bar in customer care

Great Broadband Speed and Reliable

Installation took a little bit of time due to blocked BT duct to the property but kept fully informed Civils team and installation team did a great job very neat and tidy Fiber routed through loft space to exactly where I wanted the router to be placed to meet up with existing internal wiring Broadband has been fast and reliable in the 6 months I have had it Not a single dropout unlike BT which would dropout regularly Highly recommend GoFibre
