I had to travel from plymouth to Torquay to swap a watch I had been bought for my birthday as it was nearest to torpoint where I live on the journey I had thoughts that they may not grant me a swap as nothing was wrong with the watch it was just too big The lady who served me is a credit to your business she couldn t help me enough she was very kind and professional and because of this I would use the shop again if I was ever in town again Thanks

I have bought a few watches from the Trafford centre branch and the staff are always helpful if they carry the line I m after and the price is the same I always purchase from them despite a lot of competition in the centre
