Quality Fire Surround Quality customer care

Designer Fireplaces are one of those rare companies who know how to treat their customers really well From start to finish we were updated and kept informed by Tilly who was a delight to deal with Our oak fire surround was delivered on time by a really helpful delivery driver and when we unpacked our fire surround we were not disappointed as it s beautiful Really good quality and worth every penny We were so happy with it I went straight back online and ordered an oak mantle mirror to go with it I will definitely buy from again and recommend Designer Fireplaces as the whole experience of buying from them has been a very positive one Thank you

Tilly was really helpful when it came to answering my questions regarding the fitting The work was done to a high standard and the fitter tuned up when he said he would Cannot fault the company

I asked for a bespoke design they took my sketch and issued a CAD drawing for approval great show of trust guys Samples sent out promptly Order placed manufactured and delivered within 10 days taking payment only on delivery Product more than met expectations 5 stars from me

I needed a bespoke size of fireplace which they made no problem The fireplace is beautiful and fits perfectly The service was very efficient and my fireplace was delivered in a few weeks Delighted with my new fireplace

I d had my samples for ages was looking at other sites but zooming in I opted for this company The customer service was outstanding and I love the beam I put it up myself with some help to lift it on Simples

I am very happy with my purchase Checked the full dimensions with the company before purchasing to make sure it was right for me Product was exactly as described We had a few challenges putting it up due to our uneven chimney breast but a little bit of adjusting was all that was required Good quality and beautiful Looks wonderful over my fireplace
