Our fire was in need of repair spoke with a very helpful Katie at Bespoke Fireplaces she organised the repair two of their employees came to our home and carried out the repair they were polite and left the area clean and tidy Thanks to all at Bespoke Fireplaces

Superb service I reported the fault with Katie had an appointment set up within the week and the two engineers who attended this morning were excellent Very respectful friendly and professional Fault fixed within 20 minutes Absolutely delighted

I recently found my not so old electric fire had stopped working after not using it for several months Faced with the fact of spending several hundred pounds to replace it I contacted Bespoke fires and they suggested although well out of warranty to buy an extended warranty This I did and the fire was replaced quickly with the same model Excellent customer service with real pleasant people Should be congratulated

Fireplace fault

Had a slight issue with the fire place that is now out of warranty Rang the service desk on the Monday and received all the help I needed By Wednesday part arrived Fireplace back on and all working as if new Very happy and wife now happy Thank you very much Katie and Bespoke Fireplaces

I contacted Bespoke Fireplaces because our electric fire which we bought from a local supplier had stopped working The fire was out of warranty so I bought the parts required They arrived two days later they also sent me a link on how to swap the PCB I have just done it and the fireplace looks fantastic once again I cannot thank Bespoke enough They were very helpful and courteous on the phone I would highly recommend them
