White Chandelier

After looking at various websites for a white chandelier I decided to buy one from First Choice Lighting It arrived quickly was well packaged however some of the chandelier had pieces of white scrapped off the metal was showing through so I put tipex on to hide it it looks fine Must say though at 65 I expected it to be perfect

Delivery was ontime fourth working day the lamp had been well packed and the price matched the lowest we found We considered over 50 exterior lights for the property conservation area and very visible so we were disapointed the colours were not the same as photographed however First Choice Lighting did offer a refund

light bulbs were delivered quickly but unfortunately they did not match my original lights which were very white and not warm white The only other option was a blue white which I was not sure of To send the bulbs back means i have to pay the costs and send by recorded delivery

Did everything right in terms of the ordering process except the item was broken

Good communication fair price nice looking item delivered on time unfortunately it was broken despite being well packaged so having to go back

They sent the wrong light fittings

They sent the wrong light fittings I tried to phone to discuss replacement but on the phone they said I needed to email them about it which was a bit disappointing as sorting things by phone is usually quicker Anyway so I emailed and they did send the correct fittings a few days later

Lamps look lovely but we purchased 2

Lamps look lovely but we purchased 2 lots of dimmable bulbs both at the recommended wattage - one flickered on the highest setting and the other made such a loud electrical hum when they were on we immediately decided we couldn t stand that while we were sleeping so assuming there is an electrical fault with them both
