Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service never received my first parcel haven t received my refund and had ordered the same item again after this company has it sent back to themWithout ever delivering to me I now have neither parcel and still no refund

The product was unusable as it was impossible to fit the bulbs into the holders by me and several friend and family and when I queried this I was told I had to pay to return the product before I possibly could get any refund So I gave up

I ordered ceiling lights which were

I ordered ceiling lights which were quite delicate and when they arrived I open the box there was no protective around the lights ig bubble wrap no fragile sign on the box the light was broken I Emailed them explained why they were broken sent them back and ordered the lights for the 2nd time and the same thing happened again no bubble wrap and no fragile sign on the box once again I Emailed First choice lighting and the 3rd one has arrived no fragile sign on the box hopefully 3rd time lucky

Outside PIR wall lanterns

I purchased three outside wall lantern lights and they were almost like items that were made for children to play with rather than as lights They were made of flimsy plastic and came in several parts to assembly Just very cheap and nasty I have had several of these made from polycarbonate and none have been as poor quality as these

Still waiting for my order

I purchased a set of 2 ceiling lights Nearly 2 weeks ago I still have not received my order Contacted customer service after 10 days To be told the courier has lost my order Not a good response still waiting for a replacement unfortunately

Nice light

Nice light Bit of a guessing game on how to assemble No instructions Also charged an extortionate amount for delivery to the Northern Isles using Parcelforce If it was a courier I would of understood the charges but Royal Mail Parcelforce Another online retailer using postcode discrimination to make a bit more profit Didn t offer a refund on the difference either Very disappointed

Bad customer service

Ordered a lamp on 12 January I emailed a week later as delivery not arrived and it appears lamp arrived damaged to warehouse but was not informed I agreed to wait for next delivery the following week I was informed the lamp had arrived and was being booked into the warehouse and would be provided with tracking No tracking provided so had to email again and now told it s not in so must be lost I certainly wouldn t recommend them nor the service provided by Nicole Update after response - they certainly did not try to contact me numerous times by phone

Customer service non existent The packaging of the light left a lot to be desired The polystyrene which was supposed to secure the contents was broken and thrown in an outer box When I questioned the company they said that was normal I doubt the light was brand new and may have been returned from a previous customer Who knows I certainly can t recommend this company My advice is choose a shop who actually cares about their customers

Still not delivered

12 days after purchase still waiting for it to be delivered DPD sends me the same text for the past 8 days sorry your FirstChoice parcel is delayed due to unexpected issue No other information or updates Other parcels have been delivered by DPD in the meantime

The light purchased was made difficult

The light purchased was made difficult by all the wires being the same Coloured wire would have made the whole installation a lot simpler Also the light doesn t fit together very well - the bottom part doesn t really fit properly with the stem Flops about terribly when you re trying to hold it up near the ceiling
