Easy to order

The website and ordering of a Saxby light was very easy There was a delay in receiving the order and when I queried it First Choice light were very good in getting back to me and tried to fix the issue it appeared the delay was down to the shipper having lost my parcel

Good product Disappointed with communication re delivery time

The actual product looks good just as described in advert - so have given 4 stars Wasn t so happy with delivery - took nearly 17days from order date to arrive That might not sound so bad but communication around delay was not good

Great service

Unfortunately the lamp was faulty when it arrived but the customer service from First Choice Lighting was excellent We decided not to have a replacement and we got a refund promptly and without quibble A great experience even though we didn t buy something in the end Just given 4 stars due to the faulty product but 5 for service

Easy to order online Received confirmation of order the next day Did not receive any notification of dispatch other than being contacted by the courier Design of the light is not the best Switch mounting had to be rotated to make it operate smoothly and with less force I suggest technical dept takes a look at this Endon Lighting - 2017-WB - Wave wall light

Good Customer Service

When I first received my order I found it to be the wrong colour item that had been shipped I contacted first choice lighting and the problem was sorted very quickly with the correct item being delivered a few days later

Could not get the same price any where else The reason for not giving five stars is there was no update on order for three days I have conatcted them and then got update on delivery

Very good price for this floor lamp and

Very good price for this floor lamp and delivered on time and well protected Knocked off a star as I didn t hear from them after initially placing my order which made me a little uneasy so had to ring them after a couple of days to ask for a confirmation email which they then sent without delay and apologised for overlooking I would definitely use them again though

Lovely lampshade

It s only four stars as I ordered a lampshade and wasn t informed at time of order that it was out of stock A lady from the company rang and apologised and said it would be delivered at a later date which it was as promised The lampshade was lovely just what I wanted and at a very reasonable price

Great Lamp Great Price

Very pleased with the lamp at a great price and delivered on time You would have got 5 but the lamp bulb socket had to have it s contacts raised in order to make a proper contact with the bulb Nevertheless the discounted price more than compensated for this defect
