First time ordering from first choice lighting and it was excellent The chosen ceiling light was very well priced and arrived quickly It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition I will definitely order from them again in the future

Excellent customer service and great products

I ordered two ceiling lights and two wall lights The price was lower than other online retailers and the ordering process was easy I didn t have to wait long for delivery Unfortunately the shade on one of the wall lights was faulty so I emailed them about this and in less than a week they had provided a new shade Absolutely delighted with the excellent service as well as the lights themselves which look fabulous

Recently ordered 2 shades from First Choice Lighting They were wrong fitting my fault I contacted the company directly and Nicole could not have been more helpful Even contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to find a suitable solution Helped me to sort out the return and I have now re-ordered I rarely leave reviews but the service provided by this company has been nothing short of exceptional
