Great selection of products and very competitive prices The item ordered was exactly as pictured and delivered very quickly Another family member recently ordered a different item which unfortunately had damage to it and the customer service was excellent The team were very understanding quick to respond and offered a most agreeable solution Highly recommend this firm for your lighting needs and I ll definitely look at them the next time I need anything lighting related

We have been dealing with an extremely helpful person called Nicole who not only answered the phone in person but also replied promptly and professionally to our query via email The problem we had with one of our lamps was resolved straight away as Nicole took the matter up with the manufacturer of the product on our behalf We would not hesitate to recommend this company

First class customer service

First Choice Lighting is an appropriate business name for this company This comment is based on my recent customer experience with them They have great choice of lights available at competitive prices but what really impressed me was their excellent customer service One item on my order had a manufacturing defect and after reporting this to customer service a replacement was swiftly dispatched Unfortunately the replacement had the same quality issue and yet again a replacement sent after first being quality checked by the manufacturer before it was dispatched Although I had a problem with my order my overall customer experience with First Choice Lighting has been a positive one and they will be the first place to go first when looking for a light in the future Thank you Nicole for the way you handled my order issue
