I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with First Help Finance due to their handling of my car loan and repossession process Despite making substantial payments including 1 300 in March and 515 on May 21 my car was wrongfully towed The assurances given to me that my vehicle was not on the repossession list proved false leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience The customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory I ve endured excessive hold times unfulfilled promises of callbacks from supervisors and a complete lack of effective communication On top of these issues they have even claimed a system error and asked for my bank statements again which feels misleading and intrusive This lack of communication and transparency is alarming and their approach feels like a scam There have been instances where items from my car went missing after repossession adding to the impression of theft or mismanagement This experience has pushed me to consider legal action due to the breach of our contractual agreement and the potential damage to my credit I urge anyone considering doing business with First Help Finance to reconsider as their handling of customer agreements and service is deeply flawed and unprofessional

Never ever use first help financial they are fraud Toyota center recommended to be able to buy car annual interest rate is 20 49 After i was paying 1 year every month 622 93 in one year paid 7 475 and from principal balance 25 700 i have left 23 484 From 7 475 paid and from principial balance deducted only 2 216 5 259 token for interest of course I am not going to be calm I am going to complain I am victim of fraud from first help financial They don t really help people They are leaving them whiteout nothing For more information my loan s last 6 numbers are 709473

First Help Financial is a fraud
First Help Financial is a fraud I have my car loan with them my June monthly payment is 43 days due because my 30-year-old son was diagnosed with a heart malformation I asked for a deferment as is in the contract I paid part of the due and they repossessed my car anyway Never EVER do business with this company They are not serious they do not work by the contract terms and it s a mouse trap waiting to destroy every single customer
