What made me choose HFS
What made me choose HFS was my interface with Adam Sidle He was completely transparent providing a complete overview of what to expect where they pulled my score how the funds would be disbursed and what to look out for when choosing a home improvement loan I was looking into several other companies and sure enough red flags were raised on what Adam warned me of Richard Smith then took over the processing which was very well communicated and surprisingly quick and easy Richard never left me hanging providing status updates and always available to answer my questions My loan was handed off to another department then underwriting just before the 4th of July weekend I just knew I wouldn t have the final approval until the following week Instead Underwriting had it approved 1 week earlier than anticipated If I ever needed another home improvement loan I would choose them in a heartbeat They were always professional knowledgeable and courteous I highly recommend HFS
