Very average It s ok to keep you on track to

It s ok to keep you on track to exercise daily but after a month using it every single day there s no weight loss or body shape improvement

What to Improve

Meal recipes are hard to create and follow Please align also the meal type per country Please include also the option to choose what type of exercise depends on tool or area that you have For example standing exercise only or using yoga mat only

Great presentation but very easy exercises didn t even break a sweat but good if you have the time to do 2 or 3 in a day

It s a very nice exercise program Unfortunately I can t do all the balancing stretching and turning Been advised to start with something with less movement and more gradual stretching

Love the concept of the app and how

Love the concept of the app and how easy it is to access and track your progress My only two suggestions would be for users to eliminate certain foods from the suggested menu Like tofu Second adding an option to turn off the motivation remarks during the workouts would be a huge plus They get a little annoying when working out to a music playlist

I would like the access to any workout put back weight loss graph

I would like the access to any workout without having to add it to my plan Please put back the weight graph so I can see my progress Seeing the weight loss motivates me and now without a visual of my weight loss I am losing motivation

The workout is good

The workout is good I would like the option of hearing the voice over do a full count for reps if its 15 reps of sit ups she will count a few and than stop and say you re doing great I would rather hear the full count from 1 to 15 More camera angles would be a benefit on some of the more complicated yoga poses and exercises

All recipes seem to be vegan

My only issue so far is the meal ideas and recipe section Even though you can pick which type of meal plan you want to follow including vegan and vegetarian options all of the meals seem to be vegan vegetarian People do still eat meat Sure you can add meat to the recipes but if you are a beginner cook you may not know what would be good with each recipe and could be discouraging Otherwise so far so good

I don t like that I can t choose

I don t like that I can t choose whether the exercises come in repetitive blocks or not I hate repeating the same set so this is frustrating Also i don t even use the dietary option The meals placed there are not realistic with a simple and inexpensive lifestyle

The ad on FB does not represent true choices

The ad on FB showed a lady sitting on a chair and exercising so that is what I was expecting So I did as much of the stretching today as I could but being 65 and out of shape I can t get on my knees or on the floor However they promptly refunded and canceled my account when I asked
