Nice app but too much stuff inside besides the workouts
The app is nicely made the training videos are mostly self-explanatory and the voice-over is really helpful when starting a new training It happens just from time to time that it is unclear how the pose looks like or the voice-over tells about opposite part left vs right The notifications about fasting or drinking were for me too annoying and the recipes part was definitely not for me So for the needs I have i would continue with the subscription but for far less money

Great workout
Great workout Easy to increase or decrease the levels easy to communicate with the company Too bad I don t have the time to do this every day Can t afford to keep paying for something I m not using regularly Thank you though

Love to exercise with you

The interval timing is perfect
The interval timing is perfect I can listen to Spotify while listening to the coaches it felt personal which is nice The auto rotate was not working both directions on my phone maybe that is my phones problem idk

Still at the learning stage Enjoyed the workouts and it was a great blend of movements I was a bit surprised by how fast the demo people went so it took me a few to pace my movements with my breathing

I really love your app
I really love your app My favourits are 7minute training and lazy workout I have been using your app already more than 1 year and I still really enjoy it I love that I can set different levels for my training and that there are many different excerises It is never boring to train with you Although I have not spent too many time for training the results are seen I believe that one of the reason is good and different excersises I d like to have streching excersises also in shorter format so I could motivate myself to find 5-9 minutes per day to strech myself Thank you very much for this great app I wish you all the best

This App really is for everyone
I have some disabilities but the exercises had already been modified I was pleasantly surprised by this I would recommend this app for beginners disabled people and advanced fitness seekers every where
