After procrastinating for over a month I just completed my first work out 5 stars for convenience and ease of app o will continue to rate as I get deeper into this goal of 15 lbs of loss and gain

The exercises are demanding but do-able for my intermediate fitness level at 67 years old I enjoy the variety and the audio reminders to maintain proper form Looking forward to the results in 30 days

quite happy on the training programme provided that for the first day seems to fit well on my requirements The proposed menu is also nice and like the way to record water consumption

No 2 workouts are the same and they are challenging enough to feel like you are getting a quality workout There are extra work outs some days so if you are feeling spunky you can do a little more

I have some disabilities but the exercises had already been modified I was pleasantly surprised by this I would recommend this app for beginners disabled people and advanced fitness seekers every where
