I am almost 60 and my exercising has been minimal at best Your program has fit my age and lifestyle very well I enjoy the exercises that you provide the pace the challenge and most importantly I enjoy the way I feel afterwards

I heard about this app from friends via Facebook and glad that I did I appreciate the guided fitness videos which can be tailored to your desired level and the daily reminders to complete your workouts You re able to customize your training plan in a way that works for you I do think there could be improvements made with the meal plans The daily calorie count for recommended meals always adds up to less than 1 000 calories per day which is not a healthy approach to sustainable weight loss Other than that I am enjoying the app and have already recommended it to others

My day of exercising

It was a very good exercise and I couldn t do all of it because I got out of breath I have stage 3 lung cancer but I m starting to start exercising slowly I m finally starting to feel better and can eat a little so this is a very good program for me I hope eventually I will be able to go full speed ahead

I think it s a good app for exercise I didn t use its dietary program so can t rate it I think the monthly subscription is too much for my pocket otherwise I would carry on using it If the yearly plan was about 60- 70 I would probably do that The exercise programs were good and videos were good quality

Data Sharing leaves something to be desired No Cycling Option

Even though I turned on data sharing to all FitCoach did not share my data with Apple Health so it looks like I will have to use another app in parallel for data to sync Also it would be nice if FitCoach would add the option of cycling rather than walking as that is what I prefer to do I very much like the exercises and plan on continuing I think they are very well designed using the animations and the voice over

Great trainings but please work on the food

The trainings are intensive and on measure it would be a big mystery if someone would not reach their goals with this app What is less nice is the food schedules you have certain recipes that nobody will cook if you don t have so much time Also the recipes are almost all without meat and made vegan or vegetarian It would be nice if you could give preferences to that also and that the food schedule was based on your input of what you are used to eat

Couldn t do several exercises exactly

Couldn t do several exercises exactly as presented because it s not easy for me to get on the floor and then get up since I ve had knee replacements on both knees Tried to adjust for my situation

With fit coach you can use your body weigh to gain fitness shape up and feel good about yourself With the daily feedback between uou and the fit coach team your program is continuously customised to fit your goals and expectations I am amazed at hiw fit I became in a matter of weeks and I did not need to use any additional equipment besides my yoga mat my chain and thr wall of my living room

I love this app

I love this app Im working out on daily basis those ones pilates strength and 7min What I like is the option of different types of exercises About complaint I noticed something changed when you click on the exercise you cannot see anymore it doesn t open the small figure Also I would like to have improved yoga very hard even when you put easy and very few variety of positions Im disappointed bcuz I am an yoga lover and I am not doing it Thank you in advance
