I ordered from fixdubai chocolates via the website and I was assured I would have the order before I fly out I contacted the company as the order had not arrived as assured They were very quick to reply and advised me by email that they will process a refund I am now 8 weeks later and not had a refund I am now unable to contact them via the initial email address I send a message to the email address I had a reply stating a refund would be processed
