I am very pleased with this company It s professional and reliable The pick up and delivery process was really smooth with no delays The watch arrived in a nice box with a guarantee certificate The only thing that would have made the experience even better would have been a narrower pick up and delivery time than sometime in the day The price is more than you d pay if you take your watch to a shop but this is a door to door service so in the end price wasn t a major issue I would definitely use this company again

The seal on my prized Camel Trophy watch had failed searched a few companies online and chose Fix My Watch I like the different options to post watch initially I choose collection but had a work appointment and had to change to using a collection point convenient to me I got notification when my watch was received and despatched The return packaging is very professional including certificate of workmanship I m very pleased with Fix My Watch

Fantastic service from booking sending my watch for new battery and return I was a bit nervous about posting a valuable watch but it was collected and returned by courier with no fuss Completely satisfied and would both use again and recommend

Having taken my watch back to where it was purchased for a quote which was more than the original cost So I googled watch repair and fix my watch came up 1st they gave me a fixed price for the parts needed including pick up and returning the repairs done for 49 50 looks and works as it should

A great experience the watch was collected fixed and sent back quickly and efficiently- I was kept up to speed with progress and communication was good Price was great too really competitive and convenient Only let down was the courier going to the wrong address twice to collect the watch- but not the companies issue Highly recommend

Was a bit apprehensive about sending an expensive watch via post but after reading all the reviews I took the chance Soooooo glad I did What a very professional company great service Replaced the battery and cleaned the watch up beautifully Very fast service 7 days all in between collection repair and returned safe and secure Watch is collected and placed in a security box then returned in a nice presentation box Will be my go to watch place from now Highly recommend

First class from start to finish I was a little worried about sending my watch away to an unknown company without any receipt I did some research on them and read the marvellous reviews but was still nervous but I had nothing to worry about From collection to delivering back to me they kept me informed at all times and it took only 7 days from collection to receiving it back full restored Fabulous and very professional Thank you
