Lewis

Lewis - the person who dealt with my proposal - was difficult to hear on occasion throughout the interview detail gathering etc due to the background noise within his office environment People could be heard in the background speaking loudly with other customers I can only assume that they operate out of a SMALL office packed with too many people Apart from this I felt that I was treated in a professional manner Lewis was patient and polite during the process

The company is great but the Broker is not patient a bit rude as he can be patient but it looks like someone pressuring him with talking on the phone to customers
