We ve been doing business with Flaschenland for three years but after our most recent experience it feels like customer care is not just poor but non-existent whenever something goes wrong We placed an order on 31st October 2024 and 16 days later it has still not been shipped Despite their website claiming delivery within 2-5 business days this is clearly not true and such claims are misleading at best This delay has caused significant disruption to our business operations Additionally we emailed their management on 14th October to formally outline our complaint but to date we have not even received an acknowledgment A previous order placed on 3rd October 2024 was similarly frustrating Five days after placing the order we were informed that the manufacturer had sent the wrong bottles We immediately requested an exchange but follow-up communication was extremely poor The only response we initially received was an automated reply 24 hours later Attempts to call their office were met with excuses that no manager was available After repeatedly chasing we were promised a callback but it never happened When I finally spoke with a representative I was assured the amended order would ship the next day Despite this the order wasn t shipped until 18 days after it was placed completely unacceptable for any business relying on timely deliveries Adding to the frustration the last three orders we received have arrived with either the wrong corks or none at all Even when we order the corks they recommend they are too big and do not fit the bottles This recurring issue further highlights a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the customer experience While Flaschenland appears to market itself as a Spanish brand they are actually based in Germany As a German company they are subject to EU consumer law which requires businesses to provide accessible means for lodging complaints and to respond to them in a timely manner By failing to acknowledge or resolve complaints they are not meeting the basic expectations of customer service or their legal obligations These issues with transparency misleading delivery claims poor communication and consistent order errors have severely impacted our business These delays and mistakes have jeopardized our commitments to clients and caused us to lose confidence in Flaschenland as a reliable supplier We request an immediate acknowledgment of our complaint and a timeline for resolving these issues including fulfilling our pending order and providing assurance that these problems will not happen again If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe we will escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection bodies and explore our options under EU consumer law After three years of doing business we expected far better Moving forward we will only consider continuing to work with Flaschenland if significant improvements are made communication becomes transparent and we are assured that our business is valued and appreciated

Prompt Service and Delivery

This is my third time i ordered at flaschenland de as i find them the cheapest out there compared to the companies here in Holland Order of 50 100 1264 The first 2 orders went great and i just placed my third and waiting now for it There were some small difficulties because of the big order but nothing that they could not help me with and turn me into a satisfied customer I will be sure coming back to flaschenlad de when i need some more stuff

Ordered a few test bottles via the Dutch version of this site Called ahead for stock and was advised everything was okay Bank transfer was confirmed in 1 day and received the order in a few more days Will be using again

Good service and range of products

I have to say my experience in dealing with this company is A1 the bottles are beautiful rugged and substantial I pressure can and water bath can with these bottles and I have never had a failure I have ordered over 400 jars in the past 3 years and the service is fast and right to the door I have recommended them to a couple others here in Spain and they too have purchased and feel the same I feel lucky I found them as Ball or Kerr jars are very difficult to get and very expensive I highly recommend
