Do not recommend

I loved this app when I first purchased it back in 2013-2014 One of my favorite things to do was laying on our trampoline and using this app and a stargazing app with my kids It s unfortunate in my opinion that developer greed came into play with this new monthly subscription At least let us who paid for a version of the app keep that version

I have had this app for quite a while

I have had this app for quite a while and really enjoyed it Decided to upgrade to the Gold subscription and suddenly couldn t get the 3D view I tried everything Even had a friend who is very computer literate help me with everything that Flightradar 24 suggested I do Nothing worked Will be cancelling my subscription now and finding another app

FR24 Needs sorting

I have used FR24 for years with no problems However earlier this year they re-vamped it and in the process have made it unuseable Why mess with something that was perfectly fine I am considering cancelling my subscription as it is now unreliable and not fit for purpose

Terrible Customer Service

I d paid for the Gold membership Option and so I d expected to have customer service which would treat me with some respect I was wrong I reported an issue and got an automated reply saying they would usually get back to me within 5 Business Days - Can you believe that - 5 Business Days - Usually What a Joke

Lifetime doesn t mean lifetime

I like many many others paid for a lifetime subscription As it turns out lifetime means just a few short years to the app makers They have no customer loyalty that literally paid for the app and it s development Incredible poor

Horrible experience

Horrible experience I liked the app for a while paid for gold annual account Cancelled a few months ago Then they charged me for another year Total run around from customer service and no help Luckily I kept a screenshot of the subscription page showing I cancelled Used that to go to my credit card company and got a full refund through AMEX not flightradar24 Terrible company based on how they tried to rip me off after I cancelled Stay away

I have tested flightradar24

I have tested flightradar24 I planned to subscribe after testing but I am very disappointed I see planes and helicopters passing over my home but when I check Flightradar24 they are not on the map Some commercial passenger plains can be seen nearby the airports but this is too bad I will wait and see if this will become better in the future but before that I will not pay for this

Last year of paying for the subscription

I have used Flightradar24 for a good few years Although i disagree with them taking away the lifetime subscription I have paid for Gold membership for a couple of years now but afraid it will be my last one I am tired of having to constantly sign in and then having to change my settings every time it has signed me out I contacted them to ask if there was some way of stopping this and just been ignored I only wish I hadn t already paid for this year Plane Finder for me going forward
