Bait switch technique
Don t waste your time - the fare you saw probably doesn t exist On Skyscanner Flightsearch always appear cheapest by 1000 NOK When you try to book the fare mysteriously goes up or is not available after you press BOOK On the third attempt when I clicked book the price said 11 895 including service fee Suddenly I received an invoice for over 12 139 service fee This is quite outrageous and illegal My suggestion start screen recording before you make any bookings if you re crazy enough to do so You can show it to Norwegian Consumer Complaints Authority Oh and adding the service fee doesn t give you seat and meal requests unlike it s implied It hits you up for extra for these later on

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful useless company We booked a ticket but since the name on the ticket is different than the person that made the payment they just cancelled it We received several very invasive emails asking us to explain the case including who is the person that made the payment why the names are different and why the booking is made in another country Definitely make a booking with this company if you want to have no security about your ticket actually being useful
