Quote price was reduculus Practicaly new car with 2500 miles 11months 10 000 less than any other companies quote I just had to look on Auto Trader to see what the same car with ten times the mileage was selling for

Another Lying Online Company

I dealt with Morgan at the company who was beyond doubt first class he is the one who got flip it today the stars The initial price quoted was what the car was worth however the buyer to whom he reported too reduced the amount by just short of 1300 I think maybe he did noy like Hybrids So the company lied as they say that the price we give you is the price they send you Rubbish Anyway I do not reccomend this company

Worst value of the lot

Went to market for sale of car Got all 5 of the most prominent sites and then saw flipits we ll have the best price Google AdWords They didn t It was by far the lowest and knowing how these companies tend to work with a valuation and then a search in how to reduce that I closed the door I got a WhatsApp message asking to talk about that offer too but there was no point All polite and everything but a waste of time as bottom of the table on a 3 year old mini

Staff lack basic knowledge of cars

Firstly flawless customer service skills and great communication The reason for the poor review is some of the staff do not understand that lights battery oil engine etc illuminate on the dash before the car is started and try to play it off as a CEL It s slightly worrying that they are evaluating cars but do not understand what happens when you turn one on

Id recommend this company but I d also be wary Driver drove off from site with our car before the payment link was received I had to chase up 3 times to find out when we would get it sent don t get me wrong the team were polite and eventually did sort my request I then requested confirmation that we were no longer the registered keeper of the vehicle this request was ignored so I went onto the DVLA to find out we we re still paying tax for the car and still the registered keeper of the car As my message was ignored I changed the ownership myself - easy sale but surely they should have taken the steps to remove us as the keeper at least told us we would have to do that ourselves

Collection service and vehicle

Collection service and vehicle inspection using photos is great however the price offered was well under any other quotes offered and was only increased when I said I wasn t taking it Please give the best price straight away to avoid wasting people s time

Low offer the rest is good

Pick up guy was amazing process was great and fast the price offered for the car was very low
