I was unaware that FlipIt would take my half of the V5C aswell instead of me posting it to the DLVA It made me panic a little as it s the first time I ve sold a car and thought it was my sole responsibility to sort it out Other than the confusion the man that collected it was very polite and efficient once he checked it ran and was in order he made a phone call and i had the money in my bank before he left Edited DVLA have been processing the sale for a few weeks now which lead to some speeding tickets through my door by the new keeper John from FlipIt was straight onto the case for me explaining why this may have happened and encouraging me to contact him again if i have any more letters come through I must say the customer service is very good very polite
