Friendly and understanding Staff

I was unaware that FlipIt would take my half of the V5C aswell instead of me posting it to the DLVA It made me panic a little as it s the first time I ve sold a car and thought it was my sole responsibility to sort it out Other than the confusion the man that collected it was very polite and efficient once he checked it ran and was in order he made a phone call and i had the money in my bank before he left Edited DVLA have been processing the sale for a few weeks now which lead to some speeding tickets through my door by the new keeper John from FlipIt was straight onto the case for me explaining why this may have happened and encouraging me to contact him again if i have any more letters come through I must say the customer service is very good very polite

Flip it were polite and professional

Flip it were polite professional and fair it was difficult having to sell my car and they respected that they allowed me time and offered very close to what I wanted The pick up was on time and once they checked the car the money was transferred which was also very quick and easy Thanks to all especially Danielle

Quick Fair hassle free process

Quick and easy process - much better than webuy and the competitors Arranged all via WhatsappCollection driver was very professional and friendly they aren t given your price so they remain impartial and the money was sent immediately to my bank before the car finished being loaded Expect to haggle a little with customer service initially which is my only downside as price was dropped almost by 300 from original quote eventually came to price we could both agree on Overall Would definitely use again and recommend to anybody looking to sell their motor for a fair price with a quick turnaround - 2 days in total from getting a quote to having the car sold

Problem with collection but they sorted it

The car was meant to be collected on Thursday but by the end of the day they had not turned up and nobody had contacted me Friday morning I received two calls and several messages apologising Someone was sent to collect the car and it was a trouble free transaction I think what happened was just mis-communciation between the collection people and the company but they put things right and apologised which was appreciated and I would use them again recommend them

It was very easy the customer service

It was very easy the customer service was very good and very nice people The only reason I took a star off was because of a price change I had to wait half an hour for everything to go through Overall I would definitely recommend

Contact Flipit via WhatsApp sent a few photos of my car be honest about any problems if any All straight forward driver collected the car helped me through the payment process Money was in my account before the driver left Would recommend

Very good experience

Very good experience Selling a car could be mentally traumatic at times Keep the price aside but the time and effort you spend on answering calls and allotting times appointments etc Flipit was great in responding communicating and timely making changes and movements

Amazing company Would recommend and use again It was so easy to use the website to get an initial quote Then the team got in touch through WhatsApp to support sending photos and arrange a collection inspection date At every step the company was super friendly quick to respond professional and such a dream to organise selling my car No stresses no hassle just so so easy Thanks again to you all

Extremely helpful and patient

Flipit were absolutely brilliant Gave me good notice and was super helpful and payed instantly on the spot before your vehicle is loaded onto the carrier They were super helpful and great with the customer service side of things highly recommended
