Easy and straightforward from start to finish

I must say I had a very easy experience and things went smooth I am happy Thank you guys for everything

The process went very well one or two hitches with collection though

Found them to give me a honest price for my car Driver very good and helpful Had a problem with my bank on my side The driver stayed until the cash went into my bank

It was quick simple to your door service and the payment was easy and instantly in my account

The customer service and communication skills are excellent I was paid exactly what they quoted but I do strongly feel that it could definitely have been increased as vehicle was well looked after and the general condition was good with just a few minor scratches which I did confirm so that was very clear and a relatively low mileage at 50860 considering vehicle is 9 years old I think they are very efficient as a company but the price could definitely have been increased especially after advising that I had an increased offer prior to contacting them and there was no attempt at all to make any type of increase whatsoever which is what I felt should definitely have happened in my case I advised what the offer was when I was promptly asked because I read that this is something that they would consider doing only to be left feeling disappointed that this definitely wasn t going to take place However my gut instincts told me to go ahead with Flipit and the process was pretty straight forward On a more positive note I would use this company again but have learned some valuable lessons Levi is very professional and experienced but I wanted an increased offer That s what I should have got 100

I sold my 4x4 today with flipit All very professional Levi was very helpful and not pushy at all Paul came to collect the car and again very helpful and a happy chap Who waited with me until I was payed which took ages to come to my bank a total of 30 seconds Boom

Great to deal with beat all other quotes even when price negotiations where needed Collected when said and payment went in the bank as soon as details where entered Would certainly use again
