Shame - Flooringboards arrived damaged by the delivery company who blamed poor packaging Flooringhub said I could still make use of the boards and did not want to offer replacements as these should be part of the 10 waste Absolute joke Very poor customer service I paid for 15 sq m and I should get 15 sq m I understand that its a natural product but these were damaged

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service I ve order over 80 sqm of LVT flooring and upon delivery 1 of the packs had fallen off the pallet in the van and had damages I had documented this and took pictures of it all I then sent it to them with all the evidence and have also offered to them to take pictures of each and every damaged plank They re response was you will discard around 10 -15 of the order due to the natural wastage that occurs when laying a wood floor So basically they re telling me so what it got damaged you will waste them anyway After a few more emails they decided to send me a few complimentary boards as a one off Two weeks later I receive 4 boards that are also damaged on all the edges At this point I m missing 12 left boards to complete my project When I called and spoke to the manager team leader HELEN she was so not helpful and the only suggestion she could come up with is to send another 4 boards bear in mind I ve told her I need 12 boards or to order a new pack that costs 60 60 for delivery I ve offered to pay for those 12 planks and for the delivery this is how desperate I was to get hold of them she refused and only gave me those 2 options I had nearly a 20 minute conversation with Helen and it seemed that she was not listening to what I had to say or try to resolve the problem I had spent over 2000 on flooring and she thinks I may not be honest about 12 planks because she thinks 4 should do it I will take this further and won t allow them to get away with it

Alarm bells
Samples sent promptly reasonably priced and look good Kept declining my payment via credit card claiming it was my bank different address issue etc confirmed with bank no issue their end vendor kept declining transactions and then asked to pay via bank transfer

Excellent service Speedy delivery
After searching online I ordered some samples from the website which arrived within a couple of days After making a decision I called up and spoke to John who answered my questions and sorted out my order with a delivery date the following week The flooring arrived as expected and my floor fitter fitted the floor easily Looks superb so thumbs up from me

No nasty surprises
Samples arrived promptly Then I ordered 35m2 of one of the products online Quickly confirmed and contacted about delivery Their website immediately showed the product was low of stock Unlike nasty suppliers who keep advertising or even taking payments for out-of-stock products Flooring Hub allowed me to delay delivery for up to six weeks Duly re-contacted me two weeks before deadline Call backs were always picked up promptly Delivery as instructed Goods packed intact and neat Opened a pack the planks are even better than the sample -- eh I am not sure this is a compliment or a warning
