They will take your money and not deliver when promised It s 4 days PASSED the delivery day and I Can t get a hold of anyone No flowers delivered out 100 Glad I used a credit card so I can dispute the charge Save yourself money disappointed recipient and the headache of getting money back

Due Diligence is worth it

I usually do my check for legitimate companies before I place orders I didn t do my due diligence with FlowerDelivery and I can see that I ve made a mistake I started getting concerned because I should have a delivery sent to someone today It s getting late and it hasn t arrived I called for a status and when customer service answered the phone she answered Hello She corrected herself immediately I think she forgot where she was I had to ask was I calling FlowerDelivery I hope my order gets delivered today If it does I ll update this review Looking at the others reviews it s looks like there s a slim chance of that happening Update Delivery was never completed Will dispute transaction with my credit card company Company is a scam

Same story Worst experience Didn t guarantee next day delivery Called back 1 day after delivery date to offer alternative products due to order product not in stock When I wanted to cancel and get my money refunded they only offered 10 just for me to negotiate an additional 5 so 15 total As of today 3 days later they said they will try to deliver it in the next 2 days but still no guarantee How does a company make you pay the same price for an alternative that does have equal value I will stick with Edible Arrangements Sincerely Ebone

I would give a negative number if I could Do NOT order from these scammers I did unfortunately They were supposed to deliver flowers yesterday I became suspicious when I didn t receive a confirmation email that the flowers had been delivered I called them They were pleasant enough and said they would call the local company who took the order and would call me tomorrow They did in fact call me today twice They apologized and said they would deliver today I said please do Then they called later in the afternoon and said they needed another 20 I said absolutely not I want a refund They TRIED TO NEGOTIATE the 20 to 15 and then 10 I told Emily in no uncertain terms that I was going to file complaints in my state and California with the attorney general s office and the BBB I told her that I m not going to stop so they had better just refund my money Unfortunately I had to be extremely nasty Emily continued to be pleasant the entire time They are complete scammers Please don t order from them I will update in a few days regarding whether or not I receive my refund I even canceled my credit card because I don t trust that they will not sell my information on the dark web

Flowerdelivery com - worst service ever Same day delivery guarantee lies 75 order for moms birthday they confirm order take payment and then let you know when it s too late too go elsewhere that they cannot fulfil your order Customer service unhelpful kept asking for more money to as yet deliver the next day no willingness to acknowledge the inconvenience or take responsibility or even remorse from the offshore call centre Insult to injury by way of compensation they would do a 5 discount on a replacement order instead They already had my money refuse to reimburse and are adamant on sending my mom a pot plant - just wanted to send her flowers on her birthday Do not buy from these clowns They lie steal and con - nothing delivered nothing refunded

Do not order from this place or from just flowers which apparently are interchangeable Mother s Day flowers kept getting postponed until it was looking like the Wednesday after Mother s Day might be the day they would be delivered Or they may have been postponed again At any rate I canceled the order and demanded a refund I have yet to get that and I have been on the phone with their customer service three times now they keep telling me that they issued the refund and are blaming it on my Discover card Basically they are saying they issued the refund on the 17th and if I have not received it nine days later it is my credit cards company s fault not theirs I am looking into how to report them because this is BS

I am so irritated with myself for not checking reviews prior I sent flowers 150 to my dying Aunt less than two months with us and not delivered today and no way to confirm We need to ban together to put this non-florist scam site out of business

Same general experience as the rest of the reviews Placed an order for next day delivery and it wasn t delivered Tried to call about it and couldn t talk to anyone I was charged by ftd com but contacting their customer service is no use They claim to be separate companies but don t seem to be I am waiting for the charge to post and will dispute it Lesson learned Order 9360242
