WORST PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY EVERY - WILL NEVER FLY WITH THESE JERKS AGAINTHIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN LIE CHEAT STEAL DO NOT HONOR PRICING DO NOT HONOR MILITARY OR MILITARY VETERANS THEY EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO PUT THEIR CREDIT CARDS INTO THE UNSECURE CHAT WINDOW THEY ARE SHADY ASKING FOR THINGS THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE SEEMS LIKE THE PEOPLE IN THE CHAT ARE ATTEMPTING TO STEAL YOUR INFORMATION HORRIBLE I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANY FLIGHTS FROM THESE JERKS YOU D BE BETTER TO CHOOSE DIFFERENT CARRIER FRONTIER AND SPIRIT ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST THEY HAVE LOST SO MANY CUSTOMERS AND THEY DONT CARE LOOK AT THE OVERALL RATINGS 1 OUT OF 5 SPEAKS FOR ITSELFT

Never fly Frontier
I arrived at the airport 5 20 am and was in line more than 90 minutes prior to my flight When I finally got to the baggage check-in they only had two agents for several hundred people in line after an hour and a half in line I was told that the plane just left and I would have to be rebooked I was rebooked for a flight the next morning I had originally paid for a seat in row 9 but when I was rebooked they put me in row 38 I paid again to get a better seat then when I checked in the next day they would not credit me for paying twice for the seat and the agent treated me like crap She did not seem to care that I lost a day of my trip because of their staff shortage What a horrible airline

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service Attendant at counter was mean not helpful I was refused boaring on Flight 2433 I went through TSA They scanned my DL and sent mee on a wild goose chase through the CLE airport I was trying to attend my late uncles memorial service Scheduled for 3p on 8 12 I am very upset and I am having difficulty in getting my money back Expedia claims they can t handle refund and Frontier says I have to go Expedia

Bullies and power hungry staff
I want to make a formal complaint about the disgusting attitude and experience I had with 2 of your staff members at the gate in Dallas Fort Worth airport on Saturday 25th November 2023 Flight F93330 Booking ref FIGFKH I think it was gate E20 It was an African female with glasses She was giving me major grief about my backpack - I even put it in the bin bag and it fitted in there perfectly so I was well within the bag allowance She saw that it fitted in there and she thought she could use her power and act like a right b by walking around to look at every little corner of the bag that it fitted in there Bear in mind the other people she was harassing before she didn t even do that to them I was trying to look at her badge name and she hid it and acted like a child by moving really quickly - is she that dumb that she doesn t know that everything is audited and all I had to do was describe her the gate flight and time where the incident took place and that the airline would locate what staff were at the gate So I said to her I will report her and the white girl with glasses scanning the boarding passes had a right attitude and gave my the side eye and said that s personal information so I responded and said WELL THAT S WHY THE NAME IS ON THE BADGE FOR PEOPLE TO SEE Both were right b They think they have a president s job by the way they were acting but in fact it s us customer s who pay their salary - if we didn t purchase tickets to fly they wouldn t have a job so you might want to remind them of that Now I want her penalized for treating me this way and it was full on discrimination and you need to train the other staff members as they are miserable as f Also the staff on the flight were miserable and think they are something When in reality it s only a budget airline and a waiting job The African guy with dreadlocks on the flight was on his phone and writing stuff don t know if he was studying but that s not the time to be doing his personal things he should be making sure everything is going well on the flight He also needs to be rid of I want a direct personal apology from that staff member and I want to know how you are going to make it up to me THEY NEED TRAINING AND TO BE TAUGHT SOFT SKILLS AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give zero stars I d give negative zeros bought the go wild pass for May 2023-May 2024 There are literally no flights out of my airport I switched my search to another airport found a flight but the sight gave no option to utilize my go wild pass I tried talking to customer service but they don t have phone numbers I chatted via text the ppl responding did not seem to comprehend what I was saying Talking to them took about 2 hours then they stopped replying Tried to contact them again and took over 2 hours and nothing Went to BBB but they couldn t make contact spoke to the attorney General neither could they

Do Better
Frontier Airlines need to do a better job at telling you when boarding is They kept delaying my flight and once they had a flight departure they never relayed the new flight boarding time Plus they had us keep going back and forth between gates When I went to the gate counter and asked about my flight the woman told me she had no idea about my flight to later find out that the flight already took off There was no last call for boarding or anything in regards when I was sitting at the gate I asked for accommodation and they refused I wasn t the only one who missed the flight and we had to pay to get a different flight booked for the following day I would like to get reimbursed but I feel like I have to take the loss and move on even when I feel it wasn t my fault

Worst Airline ever
Worst Airline ever Flights are never on time constant problems constant delays Stuck having to use Frontier because of the cities I fly to Got to the Airport today at 4 30 for a 7 40 departure only to find the Flight was delayed until 11 40 and that departure time was not a certainty This Garbage Airline did not even have the decency to notify passengers of the delay I would strongly recommend using any other Airline besides Frontier for your travel plans

Frontier is the worst airline in the U S
If I could give Frontier Airlines a negative number rating I would do it They are the worst airline in the U S I airport on an 8 hour delay and then praying that the plane will actually arrive so I can get to Philly by 2am I had to cxl my hotel because there s no point They re not sorry and don t have a customer service phone number because they know they suck They give you a 75 voucher for a future flight lol no help with food or getting an uber at 2 in the morning My question is why doesn t the FAA pull their license

ALWAYS LATE WITH NO ACCOMMODATIONS
My flight was late going abs coming from my trip Weather was not the issue The issue seems to be that frontier is unable to fully accommodate their customers There s no value in the service It s literally an chinatown airbus Which is an insult to chinatown bused because atleast the buses are on time Info fl frontier com isn t even a real email They re scamming

NEVER AGAIN
We were supposed to self transfer to frontier airlines when we arrived at Seattle airport for our 1 45 pm plane We got to the airport at 12 30 pm and there were no frontier employees there We called customer service and they told us that the employee at the front desk can move us to another carrier The first frontier employee came in at 3 30 pm they told us our flight was changed and will not be leaving until 6 15 pm They refused to refund our money due to fine print or switch us to another carrier because we accept transfers from other airlines but don t send any of our people to anyone else We had to stay overnight at the airport got home a day later than expected and were NOT notified We will NEVER fly frontier again They were unhelpful uninformative gave misinformation and provided NO alternatives for their 12 hr flight delay
