Never fly with this company
Does not even matter that I write my experience this company is dog and the reviews are already in the gutter I wish I saw the reviews before booking Flight was delayed 3 times gate changed 3 times then flight cancelled First delay was 24hours before the flight I would like to know how Please never bookwith them force them out the airports WestJet should be ashamed to even be a sister company

WORST AIRLINE EVER SAVE YOUR MONEY daughter was due to come home on Dec 19 22 had to cancel on the 15th due to a death called in to Swoop they said they couldn t refund would only refund one way but if we bought extra cancellation insurance for an extra 383 23 they would give us a full refund they said it would take up to 45 days to see the credit back on our card and today is MARCH 9 23 84 days later and we are still fighting with them so now we are out the flight plus the extra 383 23 that they SCAMMED off of us NO customer service help at all they pass us on to the number that sold us the extra insurance and half the time they never answer we have to use different phones so someone will answer

Unreliable company terrible customer service
Trash of a company without a basic sense of responsibility and commitment to customers They cancelled my family trip to Florida a few days before departure and didn t bother to provide an acceptable solution Their customer service put me on hold for 40 minutes and then blew me off with pathetic excuses and tried to send me away with other phone numbers to call for assistance Never deal with this company look for better travel options They are cheap but they don t deliver

Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money Because of unforseen circumstances we had to cancel our trip They refused to refund anything so that s 911 they refused to refund 8 days before the flight They do not care They have no customer service to call Can only use messenger This is the biggest joke of an airline I ve ever experienced

We are trying to get hold of Swoop due passengers having their flight canceled and Swoop not refunding us the right amount We have tried emailing a number of times and calling and no reply Please contact me so we can discuss these bookings ASAP

Flight home cancelled for 36 hours with 18 hours notice Impossible to find phone number Finally given it by Booking com On hold for 3 hours Hung up and tried again only to be informed they were closed While on hold I tried to make alternate plans with WestJest Almost paid 1000 more but then website refused to let me book Frustrating experience and am missing work and important family event If they refund the extra expenses I incurred I will edit this review

We booked with Swoop to attend a funeral in Edmonton flying out of Abbotsford BC The flight was changed to the next day within a few hours of leaving We would have missed the funeral so had to book with another airline No refund at all saying they could give us a flight within 48 hours - meaning missing the funeral Do not fly with Swoop if you know you need to be somewhere They will change your flight often and with no reason or refund

Flight 109 from Hamilton to Abbottsford B C landed in Vancouver B C Our luggage was kept on the plane and taken back to Abbottsford We were left without any kind of solution by the airlines A rental car was required by us to go to Abbottsford to get said luggage and other rental car previosly booked This airline offered no transport or recompense for the disruption to a day that was previosly planned Not a good expierience for our party of 10

No compensation for nearly 3 hour delay
Flight was delayed 2 hours 54 minutes they took 6 months to respond to my email just to tell me that I can t get compensation or credit because the flight delay was under 3 hours 6 minutes under Staff at the airport didn t care they told me they re contractors and not their responsibility WestJest on the other hand always gave credit for even 30 minute delay

Worse Airline 4 hours delayed going 11 hours delayed returning Excuse after Excuse mechanical issue or aircraft still not yet arrived system down for giving boarding pass At least feed your customers while they waiting not even a bottle of water Worse experience ever
