Worst company ever for phones or
Worst company ever for phones or anything they try to push out Save yourself and don t use this company Awful customer service and support I mean a business that needs to have the ability to call patients and it s every week that support is called and they put you in a loop and don t do anything when it s on their end This company needs to go if you take money from a business and can t even keep up with customer support to help when it s your awful company in the first place Save yourself and drop this place or if looking for a phone or internet provider do yourself a favor and do not go with this company Either for home stuff and especially business

I decided to dump Frontier DSL
I decided to switch from Frontier DSL after experiencing numerous extended service outages some in excess of 12 hours I had to use my cell service to replace what I needed to do over the internet This can be rather costly In the last year as well they have increased prices by 50 for the same service Slow for DSL Over two years ago I returned their modem which was at a 10 per month rate and got my own They actually reimbursed me a partial months rent I obtained my own modem which was identical to their s and this worked exactly the same way Once I contacted them to cancel they insisted that I return my modem to them and informed me that I needed to pay a 50 dollar restocking fee in addition to a termination fee I thought this was completely ludicrous but I did not need to completely vent till I saw the final bill The only fee they listed on my bill was the 50 restocking fee I called them and reminded them that I did not have their modem and had not had their hardware for more than two years whereupon the rep insisted that the restocking fee was something everyone has to pay upon termination of service I was so angry I just hung up because the alternative was trying to argue with an intelligence that was not capable of understanding what I was trying to communicate since it likely was not something common that they dealt with I will NOT be paying this bill I have a bill of sale from Amazon for the modem in my possession and I won t be returning it to Frontier as they insist I do Wishing that they cease to exist is not practical much as I wish I could contribute to that scenario

AVOID AT ALL COST
It only took 1 hour after the installation of frontier s internet for me to realize what a huge mistake I made signing up for frontier internet One hour after the technician installed and tested the internet connection I lost complete connection to the internet I contacted their support and was on the line with them for 3 hours but they couldn t figure out or resolve the issue I contacted the door to door sales rep that signed me up for frontier and he tried to get the issue expedited and resolved The Sales rep was very nice and contacted the tech department as well to try to expedite the process But as a new frontier customer who was a frontier customer for only an hour I was told that they would send out a technician in 5 days 5 DAYS If you value quality and care in services you pay for avoid signing up for frontier internet It is evident that they show no interest in their customer s issues nor do they have the capability or resources to resolve their internet issues in a timely or sufficient manner AVOID AT ALL COST

Slow speeds and frequent outages
Frontier s Internet speeds are so slow they cause more problems than they solve It s criminal to charge 50 month for speeds less thank 6 0 5 My Mom has been paying for Internet for years that simply doesn t work In addition to the ridiculously slow speeds they have outages all of the time DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

We have been without phone and internet for 11 days and still no service
I would give zero stars if I could We have been without phone and internet service since a storm hit our area on July 11 Although we have called Frontier everyday since and have been promised that someone will be here in a day or two we are still without service We are in our 80s living in rural West Virginia with spotty cell service so we rely heavily on our landline We are extremely disappointed in Frontier and hope that some day we will have an alternate provider If you have options do not go with Frontier you will be sorely disappointed

Worst fuc king company
Worst fuc king company We have been without internet for a few days This is a problem since my son does online school They told us they would be out the next day between 1-5 We stayed home ALL day waiting for them even had two conformation text They NEVER showed up And no text or call to let me know How insane they can send out confirmation text but can t let you know that no one is going to show up Imagine taking a day off work and frontier just no call no shows Literally so frustrating Definitely switching to another company

My bill just went up 40
My bill just went up 40 I am on the fiber 500Mb plan Have been on for 1 year I really don t think that it was an introductory plan Their website or bill doesn t show any reason for it I look at their current advertising and it is still showing 49 and I don t see any fine print with it about being a 1 year deal Not only that but now if I decide to switch they are going to charge me 50 I guess that is 2 5 months of the new increase Oh and if I want support I don t want to go to Facebook or Twitter I am on neither of those platforms nor do I want to be

I am trying to contact Frontier to
I am trying to contact Frontier to avoid a problem Just up the road there are large tee limbs hanging on the line Just after that there is a tree that keeps leaning farther toward our phone line Their automated system only responds to preloaded questions and is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a person to talk to I have a cell phone so I don t care if their entire line gets ripped down Maybe their customer service if any is as bad as other reviews indicate 603-923-8636

We are suffering through Frontier
We are suffering through Frontier installing cable service I Our neighborhood They have been terrible Our lawns have been mangled When I try to call customer service there is no answer or dead end These guys are spending millions to install and I know not one neighbor who will use their service due to such poor installation
