Big Disappointment I ordered a Lamar Jackson Truzz hoodie and there was a marking on my shirt as well as a hole in the sleeve I ve tried to reach out to support numerous time and was told I would get a refund but that was almost three weeks ago and I haven t heard anything since I ve ordered from them before but this is looking like it will be the last time Big Disappointment

The outfits need more work it s so plain I would not pay 80 for dat u guys need to go back and return to the bored and try again

I placed an order back in December and never received it I tried working it out with the company but they were very rude and told me to call the postal service I never received my merchandise or refund from them Took the matter up with USPS only to find out I won t receive my full refund because they only put insurance on the package for 100 but I paid 145 20 I ve ordered from this company regularly but they just lost a customer for sure

I ve been a loyal customer and have placed at least 10 orders of almost all your shirts and shorts- the last order I placed was the Friday before memorial weekend - a day later you had a promotion that for any orders placed you would receive a mystery gift I emailed you guys to see if I would qualify - I was told yes - my order arrived as expected I knew it would not include the mystery gift since I placed it on Friday- I ve emailed your customer service team twice now to confirm if I am still getting the mystery gift promotion and have not received a response Not a way a treat a customer that supports local businesses not only that but one that loves your product and has spend a lot of money on your company Very disappointed with your customer service to say the least Although I love your stuff I will probably won t buy from you guys again It s the small things that make customers feel valued Thanks Yosdy Sandoval cell 305-619-4954

Paid for a 3 day shipping which I order on July 8 and here it is July 16 and my sh t haven t arrived yet Tried contacting you guys numerous times but I guess you guys don t answer the f in phone Unless somebody contact me to rectify this sh t I ain t dealing with y all no more

Very poor with their Communications lack of sending emails to notify the customer on when the product will be shipped overall a very bad experience

If you scroll alllll the way down to the bottom of the page and click on Shipping and Returns you will see part of the instructions includes the following quote At Fly Supply Clothing we want you to be 100 satisfied with your purchase If you receive an inccorect item or damaged goods we will exchange the item s accordingly In order to satisfy your return we require that you return the product to I called to inquire about returning 2 of my 4 shirts because the materials are entirely different too heavyweight for my liking On the other end of the line I was met with lots of attitude It was very obvious that she was irritated as of she didn t want to take my call and did not demonstrate customer service satisfaction It was very off-putting and made me feel shamed or guilty for calling in

I ordered a sweatsuit and was suppose to get a free set back in October It was buy one get one deal They never sent me the free set They responded once and said it was going to be sent soon now they won t even respond Shame on them for false coupons
