The quality of the clothing is exceptional My order was shipped to the wrong address which was of my own doing and we got the situation rectified but I was really displeased with the customer service of the telephone representative I have done business with them before and haven t had a problem but I really wasn t please with the young lady s attitude while conducting business via telephone Overall I won t let that deter me from doing business with you ll

I placed my order on a Friday I didn t find out until the next Friday that two of my items were out of stock and it didn t ship as yet Maybe because it fell on a weekend but a week is awhile to find out those two things

I order a product and they said it was in I was looking forward to it then they say They don t have enough stock for the shirt I order If that s the case they could ve told me it was sold out instead of taking money then refunding it that made no sense at all

Good quality but service sucks

I ordered clothing here because I didn t want to go to local stores with this pandemic stuff and I was disappointed The way their client support treated me was very unpleasant I placed an order online but requested a call from support to clarify a size of a t-shirt When they called for the first time I was busy and when I called back a woman was rude because I wasn t able to pick up the first time However the quality is great and I will order from them one more time but only if they change the support policy
