Delivery experience a little rough

Good quality shirt T-shirt had some glue or something inside the armpit that won t wash off when washed

1 of the 5 shirts was incorrect

I ordered a shirt for my son s 18th birthday was expecting the shirt delivery before his big day but it came a couple days after Actually spoke to someone from the company in sales and shipping department with a expected date but it didn t happen per our discussion Not mad or upset just hoped for a more effective solution regarding delivery of item Will definitely order more unique authentic goods moving forward

The quality of the clothing is exceptional My order was shipped to the wrong address which was of my own doing and we got the situation rectified but I was really displeased with the customer service of the telephone representative I have done business with them before and haven t had a problem but I really wasn t please with the young lady s attitude while conducting business via telephone Overall I won t let that deter me from doing business with you ll
