How does company make money with such a hopeless website

This is the most unhelpful website I can remember The words glide and leg for example need explanation I had to call to get an understanding and I am not slow at the uptake

Delivery not made on the given day

Pleased with the product I ordered but was less than pleased that I wasted annual holiday waiting in for a delivery that did not arrive on the given day For that reason I shall not be buying any thing else from Footstools More Mark at F M was very helpful but that does not alter the fact that I wasted annual holiday waiting in for a delivery that did not arrive Couriers should surely not be taken by surprise that the run up to Christmas is a busy time

My footstool was a very expensive

My footstool was a very expensive purchase for me The workmanship cannot be faulted so far but there isnt that much in a footstool It arrived quickly and the communication with the company was excellent I chose the leather from a swatch that I was sent but the footstool was a very different shade of leather when it arrived so did not match as I had hoped I understand the difficulty of matching colours but I was quite disappointed in the quality of the leather too given the price of the footstool

I got great service from Mark at Footstools I wanted something different and he made it happen The only reason I have give this a 4 star is because the padding is soft rather than firm
