Very nice and efficient service and we are pleased with the product Good quality materials and well packaged for deliveryAn idea for the future would be to provide a picture of what the bespoke made to order footstool would look like as the only thing we would change is the number of deep buttons and we would go for less

The team at Footstools responded quickly and efficiently to our enquiry for a custom piece We provided our own fabric and they helped with the sizing selection and instructions After we had sent the fabric on the kept is informed of the build and delivery schedule and kept to it When the footstool arrived we were delighted a great product Really good service highly recommended

The chap who dealt with my order was friendly my footstool arrived exactly when they said it would 2 weeks the quality of it is of v good standard and exactly to my specifications maybe slightly over priced but overall I am impressed would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality

Great quality our new footstool looks beautiful in our living room with a tray on to hold drinks We had to wait quite a few weeks and when I chased to find out when delivery would be the team were very helpful and quick to respond Delivery arrived the day they said it would

We ordered a leather deep buttoned ottoman from footstools and more We requested fabric samples first which we were sent very quickly and given some extras similar to the ones we had requested which weren t visible on the website The website made ordering the footstool reallly simple and was clear to see the different options Footstool was delivered 6 weeks later and is fantastic Great quality very sturdy and even better than we had hoped for My only constructive feedback would be that I would have loved some more updates along the way to know how it was coming along and when to expect delivery Also a function on the website to view a mock up of the footstool in your selected fabrics with your chosen legs etc would be great but I appreciate may not be possible Would highly recommend and would buy from again if we need another footstool or more in the future
