This company was lovely to deal with

This company was lovely to deal with and they actually thanked me for my order when I rang with a question The stools are lovely but have given 4 stars because we are using them on carpet and the pads on the feet came off in the first hour of use On a wood or other hard floor I m sure they d be fine but we had to staple them back on

Better communication would be appreciated

I am completely happy with my footstool My only complaint is the lack of communication about the progress of my order I didn t even receive confirmation that my fabric which I supplied had been received until I phoned them to check whether it had arrived That was also when I was given the delivery timescale on my order I would have heard nothing otherwise

We recently ordered a storage ottoman for our lounge The quality of the footstool was impressive It was great to order a bespoke piece to fulfill our requirements The fabric workmanship was first class We were also very impressed with the communication we received from the company after placing our order They kept us up to date on lead time and offered an alternative if we didn t want to wait for our fabric to come back in stock We wouldn t hesitate to recommend footstools and more

Excellent quality and service

I had a bespoke footstool made and the service was second to none They answered my e mails promptly and kept me informed along the way It felt such a personal service It only took three weeks from start to finish and it arrived very well packaged One is never sure when ordering online but the footstool is beautifully made and of such high quality If you want a footstool use this company

A substantial piece of furniture

Looong delivery time but well worth the wait Quality is superb at first glance - solid gorgeous wood and leather - a really substantial piece I bought for additional seating in our large kitchen living space I certainly hope longevity is there because it s exactly right for our space
