The best customer service ever
I have shopped at Fortnum and Mason for over 40 years the customer service and quality have always been exceptionally good but after my visit today I have to say the standard has risen to a level that cannot be matched Sarah and Oliver Red Coats went above and beyond to make my shopping experience just magical I am not a millionaire but I certainly felt like one today I was treated with so much respect and all I can say is that Fortnum and Mason are so lucky to have staff of this calibre I can t praise them enough

Timeless store
Timeless store I had not been in there for 30 years and nothing much had changed It is nice to see that some things don t change The restaurant food was lovely the service was really good and the memories were brushing past me Took some scones and jam home for good measure

We have been regular customers of F M for many years and more recently purchased online also The staff Wayne Francesco Shirley in the Piccadilly store have been super helpful in particular Oliver James who have gone the extra mile to ensure our frequent purchase click and collect and delivery transactions are as smooth as possible
