Unsatisfactory delivery

My order was returned to the supplier When I phoned to Ask why I was told that I hadn t given the name or number of my house I was refunded and placed a reorder today I found prices had increased I found that after I filled in the form there is an additional field so that even everything else was fine the address also mentioned a nearby public house There is something very wrong with the form that fills in fields that don t exist when the order address is correct Should I not receive the order this time I will not be using this company again One of the items on the original order was for a birthday present for 9 December so I have had to buy from elsewhere

Disappointed

The perfumes boxes were great but I m disappointed that I did not receive the free gift as promised and when I wrote to you I was told there were no more in stock I wonder if anyone receives the free gifts or are they just used to encourage people to buy with no intention on sending them with the order

Free gift not honoured

Free gift not honoured and your site still says free gift with the particular items I purchased after contacting you I was told no free gifts available why are you advertising this when you don t honour the offer

They said my perfume had been delivered

They said my perfume had been delivered on Monday 22nd January 2024 BUT I haven t recieved it as yet It was supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail

The Perfume sprays I bought are not as long-lasting as I thought The company explained that they sold what they received from the manufacturers which to me is okay and acceptable

Slow to process

Slow to process But when finally processed delivery was fast Payed 40 for paco rabanne ultraviolet and it s rubbish smells really nice but can not smell nothing after about 10 minutes really poor wouldn t buy again

Availability and Delivery Poor

Website prices and ease of use is very good However still pending delivery of item since nearly 2 weeks from ordering with no confirmation yet of when it will be dispatched Only emails to acknowledge its still not actioned Money of course was taken already

bad customer service

I have ordered a perfume off this company I have found exactly the same 100ml bottle for 20 00 cheaper phoned fragrance direct to cancel but u only get a 20 min from ordering to cancel ordered 2hrs ago nowhere does it say this and to be told this by a girl who sounded like she was giggling will never use this company again

Product arrived broken

Product arrived broken I had to email several pictures over to prove this but in the end I was able to agree an exchange A week went by before any acknowledgment then I received a refund instead of an exchange for an intact version I then decided to buy it again elsewhere

Disappointing that the smaller bottle in the set was smashed when delivered Was offered 10 discount or replacement Item wasn t packaged securely so box freely moved inside packaging
