Customer service what

I literally would give this company less than 1 star if I could This is my third review and still no perfume or refund I m waiting on papers to sign to say I haven t received my order This has been over 4 weeks now Tracking still says it s with Royal Mail and I definitely haven t received my order Please can you just refund me or I ll be taking this further Please find my order number FWUK59118092 I m unsure how this is going to help as I have sent a number of emails to your customer service team and I still get the same response

UNRELIABLE order now for Christmas says the website 24 tracked delivery 24 hours delivery Certainly not 2 weeks waiting False promises Lots of excuses Yes we now class that as lost Hmmm either they have failed to deliver or someone at the post office has swiped it from the 24 hour tracking service order 548811192

Completely ignored when due a refund

I ordered a gift back in October Since then I have been fighting with poor communication poor customer service Repeated replies stating I must wait 30days it s been well over this and still these thieves have not refunded me over 100 Royal delivered to an unknown address The door looks nothing like mine Royal mailhave admitted liability and still Fragrance direct have not refunded It took them 8weeks to send a non receipt form Returned within 4days after trying to print 20days later still nothing Give me my money back you thieving prices of S t

Waste of time offers com

What is the point of sending me offers of 10 off or 12 Flash Sale reduction when the terms are so limiting My wife and I sat and chose a fragrance each and got it over the 100 limit to get the 12 discount but it was not valid Chose something different to get 10 off as a loyal customer having purchased 3 times before but again not valid Checked the terms and conditions and basically unless it is full price it s useless So I ve gone from spending a potential 160 to nothing When is an offer not an offer What a waste of my time I ll sit and look at Perfume com instead and give them my business

Order didn t arrive

Order didn t arrive Item was for a birthday present and no offer to resend it was made I was told to wait even though delivery instructions stated 2-3 days If this is not accurate you need to update your website accordingly I did get a refund but only after the second time I contacted fragrance direct The first time I wanted another item despatched but was told to wait I had no option but to request a refund and try to find an alternative gift at short notice

Shocking customer service didn t receive an order from last October The staff have done nothing about it shocking excuses constantly I ve not reported them to trading standards

i have not received last order and an order-perfume by jennifer lopez called still i bought around xmas has no perfume of it at all meant for somebody special i was so disappointed

Fake perfume

The perfume I purchased from this site is fake The first purchase last year was okay I decided to get the same perfume this year and a fake one was sold to me I suspected it was fake upon opening the sleeve and smelt nothing Once the perfume is sprayed the fragrance is almost similar to the one thought I was buying but it does not last leaves a vinegary scent once it has faded and I feel my skin burning Do not waste your money on this site
