its actually good and delivery was fast

Would have been 5 but customer service a joke I made a mistake on address e mail straight away Replied 40 min later I Should have cancelled order but only have 20 min after to complete

Goods well packed arrived quite quickly and I am not inundated with e-mails from this company

Just what was needed

I looked at the Fragrance Direct website immediately after receiving a postcard through the post with a discount code I placed an order for the required amount but the code was rejected as invalid The price for one item I wanted was still competitive so I ordered just that one item It arrived promptly

Always my experience with fragrance

Looking for a gift for my granddaughter who is at university and the make up box with everything a girl could want was just what I wanted The box is a pretty silver carrier small and lightweight easy for travelling with eye shadows lipsticks and other makeup bits and bobs The price was really reasonable and arrived very quickly

Always my experience with fragrance direct it was fantastic But I was bit frustrated this time with the delivery I bought something to bring back home as present and did not arrive on time and I have to go and it came but too late as I was already left the country

Very quick process of despatch with good hints on when goods should arrive so we ll done on that However the postal system did not deliver when stated so after 3 non deliveries I ended up collecting the parcel myself from the postal sorting office
