Perfume is fake Presentation is excellent unfortunately that is the only positive I knew it was fake upon opening the sleeve and smelling nothing Once sprayed the fragrance is almost similar to what i thought i was buying but it does not last and leaves a vinegary scent once it has faded Do not waste your money on this site

I don t know how it happens but when I select manually add delivery address and type it in a variation of my address including the name of a local pub comes out on the final order I end up not receiving my order as it is returned by Royal Mail to the sender so I have to re-order and hope the final address comes out right this time Fragrance Direct always make a prompt refund but what I really want is my order

Only 2 out of 3 items ordered were delivered Waited 2 weeks and then contacted customer services Advised item out of stock Why wasn t I told this without having to make contact and request a refund for the missing item

Item didn t arrive when it should have Then was informed it was out of stock after being told it had been dispatched Not a good service

Decent price quick delivery However unsure of authenticity of the product I ordered which I have owned in the past sourced from elsewhere The longevity of said product is unusually very poor Further the bottle itself specifically the atomiser is different and I was also unable to verify the batch number on a batch checker website

The DKNY nectar love it s an edp perfume but the scent fades away quickly no any scent It s different from the ones I had before

My delivery is missing still i have been waiting for it for more than 1 5 week now no one seems to be responding to my emails Im very disappointed

I ordered the White bottle of narciso body lotion Received the pink The website showed the white bottle the photo in my order confirmation email was white yet I got pink I know the difference between the smells as well I emailed them explaining and sent photos of proof and they basically told me tough they wouldn t send the right one out Normally I wouldn t mind but it s expensive and it was a very rare treat to myself Now I ve got body lotion that I don t like the smell of and won t use Would never shop from them again I don t know why you ve responded saying the correct item was dispatched to you I ordered the white one which you can see from the website and my confirmation email and I received the PINK one So no it isn t the right one at all You re falsely advertising the white but then sending the customers pink

I ordered 2 perfumes both being my favourites which I ve been using for some years already This is the first time I am ordering from Fragrance Direct and I can tell that both perfumes are FAKE I am really disappointed as they are not that cheap however I will never buy again from this app

Am missing part of order email says will send on but I cannot contact them as email addresses not valid am suspicious These perfumes were birthday gifts but birthdays past now Very dissatisfied
