Disappointed

I had ordered a painting that appeared different in person than online In order to exchange I would have had to pay for the shipping back just to pay for the shipping for a new one to be sent Disappointed with that option of solving the issue so I went myself and had the framed switched out to match the color Always loved the site and haven t had an issue until now
