Five star service team
Can t recommend this company highly enough superb customer service From helen and Jonny in the office to Dan the service engineer who came out and replaced our boiler and filter The boiler wasn t working as we hadn t changed the filter our mistake Dan took the time to explain about the system he was very informative and very patient with us He is an asset to the company It is the best customer care we have experienced and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

Excellent customer service
How refreshing to be able to write a 5 star review I rarely do but Franke fully deserves it I was installing one of their Minerva 4 in 1 taps and in a moment of madness put a compression adaptor on the wrong tap tail needed to change it to 15mm Phoned Franke and got through to a gentleman who knew exactly what I was talking about and was happy to send me out a replacement tail and even included an adaptor both free of charge Can t fault this level of service - as a plumber I will certainly be using Franke products more with this kind of service for a mistake my end Thank you

Amazing Customer Service
My kitchen tap was dripping as the cartridge within was faulty this was just over two years after supply and fit My plumber suggested contacting Franke I was trying to resolve myself as I thought I would be out of warranty I was wrong there was a five year warranty AND there was absolutely no quibbling Once proof of purchase was supplied my kitchen supplier was less impressive they dispatched a new tap AND paid for fitting Communication throughout was fantastic too Have already recommended

Excellent customer service
We recently had a problem getting a tap gland to stop our dripping tap we went everywhere but were unable to find the correct one for our Franke Tap I rang customer Service who not only sent us out the correct ones they also sent me another part that had worn The customer service here is excellent which in this day and age goes a long way Thank you Kara

We had a problem with our 4 in 1 hot
We had a problem with our 4 in 1 hot water unit the installer not Franke blamed the worktop firm for damage they refused to fix it point blank I contacted Franke who were so helpful The engineer Dan was sent to look at it he was so helpful and replaced the unitI could not praise Frank enough such a wonderful experience with Franke I would recommend Franke to anyone who is thinking of this type of hot water unitThank you so much Franky

I purchased a Franke sink which
I purchased a Franke sink which unfortunately suffered some damage I contacted Franke and dealt with Jonny The service I received was nothing short of perfect Jonny arranged to have my sink replaced within a few days following sent pictures of the damaged sink On this experience I would definitely buy other items from Franke as their customer service is outstanding Thanks again Jonny

Excellent service some start to finish
Excellent service some start to finish I sent an enquiry into Franke about the availability of a spare part My email was answered within 24 hours and I was sent a link to order the part Ordering was easy and the biggest plus point was that the part arrived the very next day Sink now complete and I am one very happy customer Great customer service from Franke

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service Have had a waste disposal unit for 10 years It developed a fault and I contacted Franke to enquire about repair I dod not have proof of purchase but sent photos of unit and video Gill Walmsley got straight back to me and sent me a new unit as a replacement Could not have been easier or more efficient If only everyone treated their customers like this many thanks

Professional and easy to deal with
We had a fault with our tap spoke to Franke the next day who sent out a replacement Service engineer was communicative about arrival times arrived polite got to work cleaned up meticulously as they worked Apart from the tap failing the Franke customer services were spot on - easy and helpful
