Very Easy to claim as long as you have the paper work
I had a medical problem when I was in Thailand I had to delay my flight home so that means more accommodation Freely covered my expenses for accommodation flight changes and medical bills I was so happy that they helped me out with my expenses

Ended up with food poisoning on one of my MANY trips to Thailand January ending up in hospital Left the terribly efficient Bangkok Phuket Hospital in Phuket after many tests and a heap of paperwork and medication no overnight stay For the first time in a number of years I made a claim on my Freely travel insurance I was dreading a to and fro of requests from them requiring further information Not So They were so quick at reviewing and approving my claim Will be using again in November this year

Great Customer Service
When applying for Travel Insurance I contacted Freely Customer Support by phone The wait time was surprisingly brief and I was introduced to a consultant who was both professional and personable I was able to go through the process of completing questions relating to existing medical conditions I was then provided with an immediate quote I could not fault the service provided

While we did not need to use the insurance it provided some comfort at a reasonable cost in case of illness or accident The handling and communication was easy and would consider to use for next overseas travel
