Disappointed two many changes

We had a salesman Ravi he was really professional and helped us to make up our mind to buy the system He gave us a quotation with an example of how much energy the solar panels would save us We were told how much we would be saving in the first year based on 18 panel 1879 27 saving Before installation date we added on two more panels to the quotation The new quotation came through but the energy saving had gone down Based on 19 Panels the saving was 1344 82 Then I asked the question why the energy saving had come down a lot I wasn t too happy with the answer they said it was because of the trees but they saw these on the site visit So I cancelled the installation Now I have no answer about the refund of deposit Can someone get back to me please about my refund I will never recommend your company

good upfront hopeless behind

Whilst the sales person was very good and some of the installers were helpful the actual installation and aftersales experience was awful I had to chase to get paperwork and although i still have a problem they are not interested in solving it instead telling me to phone elsewhere I couldn t recommend them and if you do use them don t pay quickly

Supply and fit Wrong panels to start with Corrected Working but nowhere near the savings quoted Now the panels show no charge at times through the day Unable to contact anyone No reply to messages left or emails sent Great customer service NOT DO NOT USE THIS SHOWER

Half my panels don t work Despite sending emails and trying to call them your call is very important to us etc but clearly not enough to actually answer the phone after several weeks I have heard NOTHING

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare Avoid even if they were the only one on the planet No confidence and total failure in delivery even after two survey visits and later by two failed install visits

AVOID at all costs

AVOID at all costs They take your money and run Breaking roof tiles and trying to hide the damage Totally unprofessional They don t reply to ANY emails Sales were misleading This company is a classic case of Cowboy and if you buy their services you enable them to continue at your own risk

Not worth the stress you will go through

Unfortunately this company has a big problem of delivery sales-panels-scaffolding are working on a separate fashion After the sale is done the salesperson is not responsable for the delivery and will not answer your call The delivery team has no answers on why it may be delayed We had the the front pannels done one day then the scaffolding team came two weeks after to remove it from the front of the house and put it in the back Then the panels were installed and again another fight to get the scaffolding removed Honestly not worth the stress I should have paid attention to the previous reviews

Avoid at all costs hard sale and going against guidelines

Lyn came round and wow did she try and give us a hard sale she basically tried to force us to sign up there and then after over an hours sales pitch the whole I m a single mum rubbish etc her children are grown up and she mentioned her partner on two occasions She sat there and read reviews to us we couldn t see the screen We ve now done our own research and have realised what a load of rubbish was coming from her mouth lies even having spoken to other companies she was offering things that don t exist Avoid this company at all costs Forcing people to sign up there and then is against MCS guidelines She wrote down incomings and outgoings and then wanted my card number before we had even agreed to going ahead with the purchase to just check we d be eligible for credit

Avoid like the plague

They couldn t fit the number of panels quoted Fitted promptly but missed a bird guard and had to come back Shortly after this the batteries stopped working A further visit has not resolved the problem Very difficult to contact them and we don t yet have a firm plan to resolve the situation They are passing the buck and blame the manufacturers but our contract is with Fresh I don t recommend this company at all Note It is not possible to contact Givenergy the manufacturer at all They don t even have a customer service department and even Fresh engineers can t talk to them Avoid both like the plague
