I signed up for Solar Together and wanted another quote to ensure I am getting a good deal I am glade and super lucky that Mark was the FreshElectricalSolutions rep that visited me He explained everything in great details Pointed out the huge difference in quality between Fresh Electrical Solar systems and the quote I received through the Council The system I was offered is top class and perfectly meets my needs more expensive but totally worth it Most amazingly it was installed in less than two weeks Mark remains my main contact for all questions and the support team at Fresh Electrical Solar is super friendly and responsive Highly recommend

Starting with Louis who didn t cut a corner to help us clear out every doubt we had everything s been just perfect The installation of the panels took a bit longer than envisioned but I guess that can be expected given the size of the system and the unknowns of our house Highly recommended

Leo the salesman came out and was very though informative and pleasant He explained everything to us in basic terminology and took time to ensure we understood everything The scaffolders turned up and erected the scaffolding in half a day and did a very professional and good job The fitters came out and fitted the solar panels as promised on our flat roof They installed the batteries and inverter in the loft space and made a very job and were very professional We have contacted Leo several times and he has always come straight back even over the festive season We cannot recommend them enough and felt they were very good

I would recommend fresh electoral solutions to anyone after solar pannels 1 the sales rep leo did explained every detail and price and we worked out a suitable cost each month That I could afford 2the insulation was quiet clean and timely 3 the benifits of having the pannels is night and day as I have over half cut my electricity usage in a weaks of electricity I used about 17 On my smart meter

Everything was made so easy with the company We had a lovely member of staff Louis who was on call throughout the whole process of enquiring about the solar through to the installation and the certification The installers were very quick and professional and took time time to support us with getting the right apps to track the solar The house runs on it like a dream It s been amazing to reduce our carbon footprint as well as our bills Highly recommend choosing Fresh for your renewable needs
